【摘要】:Graffitionbuildingsandstructuresisasignificantprobleminvariousregionsacrossthecountry.Avarietyofcoatingshavebeendevelopedtobeeitherresistanttotheapplicationofpaints/markerortoaidintheirremoval.Thisstandardpracticedescribesaprocedureforevaluatingtheeffectivenessofanti-graffiticoatingsappliedtovariousconcrete,masonryandnaturalstonesubstrates.Itdoesnotaddressgraffitiremovalonmetaloranyothernon-mineralsubstrate.Thispracticeonlyaddressesgraffitiremovalonsubstratesinalaboratoryenvironment,thathavenotbeenexposedtoeithernaturalorartificialweathering.SpecificationD6578describesamethodforgraffitiremovalafterbothnaturalandartificialweathering.1.1Thispracticecoversabasicmethodforevaluatingtheperformanceofanti-graffitiproductsonmineralbuildingsubstratesbyaseriesofincreasinglyabrasivecleaningmethods.Theanti-graffitimaterialsareappliedtoaseriesofconcrete,masonryandnaturalstonespecimensforevaluation.Graffitiresistanceisbasedonhowadefinedsetofmarkingsareremovedbyadesignatedsetofcleaningtechniques.1.2Thispracticealsodefinesaproceduretoevaluategraffitiremovalafterre-markingwithsubsequentre-cleaning.Itdoesnotaddressthere-treatmentofsubstratesafteramaterialisnolongergraffitiresistant.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
