【摘要】:ISO16140:2003definesthegeneralprincipleandthetechnicalprotocolforthevalidationofalternativemethodsinthefieldofmicrobiologicalanalysisoffood,animalfeedingstuffsandenvironmentalandveterinarysamplesforthevalidationofalternativemethodswhichcanbeusedinparticularintheframeworkoftheofficialcontrol,andtheinternationalacceptanceoftheresultsobtainedbythealternativemethod.Italsoestablishesthegeneralprinciplesofcertificationofthesealternativemethods,basedonthevalidationprotocoldefinedinISO16140:2003.Whereanalternativemethodisusedonaroutinebasisforinternallaboratoryusewithouttherequirementtomeet(higher)externalcriteriaofqualityassurance,alessstringentcomparativevalidationofthealternativemethodthanthatsetinISO16140:2003maybeappropriate.
