【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesmethodsofclassificationofexistingandnewrailwaylinesandthecategorisationofvehicles.Thestandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementsforensuringthecompatibilityoftheinterfacebetweenvehicleandinfrastructure.Thestandardissuitableforuseonfreight,passengerandmixedtrafficlinesandcontainsrequirementsrelevantto:--classificationoftheverticalloadcarryingcapacityofrailwayinfrastructure;--designofrailwayvehicles;--determinationofpayloadlimitsoffreightwagons.AsummaryoftheclassificationofinfrastructureandcategorisationofvehiclesisgiveninAnnexB.Theassessmentoftheverticalloadcarryingcapacityofcivilengineeringstructures,track,sub-gradeandearthworksbytheuseoftheloadmodelsdefinedinAnnexApermitstheclassificationofinfrastructureintolinecategories.ThisEuropeanStandardidentifiesonwhichlinesvehiclesarecompatibletotheinfrastructureundernormaloperationconditionswithoutfurtherchecksregardingverticalloadeffects.ThemethodologydescribedinthisEuropeanStandardisnotvalidforhighspeedrailtraffic.Tiltingtrafficandtheworkingofrailmountedplantandcranesetc.arealsooutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthesystemusedinGreatBritain,wherealllinesandvehiclesaretobeclassifiedinaccordancewiththeIRA(RouteAvailability)System.AguidetotheequivalentcategoriesinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandardisgiveninAnnexC.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsrelatingtothemaximumtotalmassormaximumlengthofatrain.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandarddonotreplaceregulationsrelatingtoe.g.dynamicwheel/railcontactforcelimits,vehiclerideconsiderations,vehiclestructuraldesignlimitationsetc.
