【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthespecialsafetyrequirementsforthosetypesoffixedpneumatichandlingsystemsandcomponentsasdefinedinclause3,whicharedesignedforconveyingbulkmaterialsonacontinuousoranintermittentbasis(batchconveyingsystem)fromtheloadingpoint(s)totheunloadingpoint(s).2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandthemaintenanceofthepneumaticconveyingsystem,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.AnnexAgivesalistofhazardsaccordingtoEN292-1andthesafetyrequirementsand/ormeasuresarespecifiedinthesameorderastheyaregiveninAnnexA.3Thisstandardappliestodesign,onsiteassembly,andcommissioningstages.4Thisstandardappliesalsotothebuilt-inactuatorsandpartsofthesystems,whichcontrolthecomponents.5ExclusionsThisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforanyelementsusedasalinkbetweenafixedpart(s)ofthesystemandanyotherpartmountedonmobile/movablesupports(e.g.:ship,unloaders,...).Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttherisksofburnsandscaldsbytheradiationofheatsourcesorbycontactwithhotgases.Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheriskgeneratedbyionizingmaterialsusedinmeasuringequipment(e.g.levelindicators).Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforhandlingspecifichazardousmaterials,suchasradiatingmaterial,explosives,explosivegases,...Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforhazardsduetoelectrostaticchargesofpipesandequipmentmadeofnon-metallicmaterials.Thesafetyrequirementsforthetransportationincludingloadingandunloadingofthecomponentsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytopneumaticconveyingsystemsusedunderground,forminingandinpublicareas.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironments,strongmagneticfields,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,radioactiveenvironment,operationonshipsandearthquakeeffects,hazardsduringdecommissioning.
