【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifies,togetherwithEN14399-1,therequirementsforassembliesofhigh-strengthstructuralboltsandnutsofsystemHRsuitableforpreloadedjointswithlargewidthsacrossflats,threadsizesM12toM36andpropertyclasses8.8/8and10.9/10.Boltandnutassembliestothisdocumenthavebeendesignedtoallowpreloadingofatleast0,7fub×As1)accordingtoENV1993-1-1(Eurocode3)andtoobtainductilitypredominantlybyplasticelongationofthebolt.Forthispurposethecomponentshavethefollowingcharacteristics:?nutheightaccordingtostyle1(seeENISO4032)?threadlengthoftheboltaccordingtoISO888BoltandnutassembliestothisdocumentincludewashersaccordingtoEN14399-6ortoEN14399-5(underthenutonly).NOTEAttentionisdrawntotheimportanceofensuringthattheboltsarecorrectlyusedifsatisfactoryresultaretobeobtained.Forrecommendationsconcerningproperapplication,referencetoENV1090-1ismade.ThetestmethodforsuitabilityforpreloadingisspecifiedinEN14399-2.
